You can also check Mouser. They have all kinds of stick on and screw mount feet, but search for  "Bumpers". Don't know why, but that's how they are listed.............

They are not screw mounted, but only ordinary flat square 
self-sticking rubber feet, gray, 3/4" x 3/4" x 1/4" thick. You should 
be able to find similar in hardware or building supply stores or even 
Wal-Mart, or cut something like them out of any larger rubber stuff 
and glue them on with contact cement. Replace all 4 if you feel a 
need for symmetry.
