1) Part # 417-272 
    Circuit Component: Q8 
    Description: 0.5Amp Darlington NPN Power Transistor

    Replaced With: NTE 265

2) Part # 432-149
    Description: Female Connector Housing (For external DC power supply) 

    Replaced From: Philmore Part # 61-403 Kit

    Note: This is a complete male/female connector set, with pins. Male end has different mounting style than original Heathkit part, however, on most (actually every) HD-1410 units I have seen available, the male end was already in place on the unit. The Female connector half of the above mentioned Philmore kit does fit the stock Heathkit male end. Therefore, only the Female housing from the Philmore kit was used.
