[Heath] Rear feet to keep proper angle on shorter cabinets

I am looking to get hold of some rear feet for units like the SB-600,
SB-650, SB-610, or SB-630 that are the right height to keep their front
panels at the same angle as the front panels of my SB-401 / SB-303 pair
(which have front risers).

Those rear feet were solid plastic without rubber on the bottom as I recall
(they are kind of like short versions of the risers that are used on the
front feet).

Does anyone know where I can get them?
