[Heath] SB-303 Noise Blanker

My guess is someone added this to you radio. I don't think the 303 ever 
had a noise blanker. There was a QST article to add the SB104 noise 
blanker...and it works very well (I have one). Perhaps someone did that 
to yours, and then removed the board...or never finished the mod???
