[Heath] Heathkit power supply

I have a HP-23 look alike made by WVWASEE electronics in Syracuss, Ind.
Internally it is similar to the HP 23 pwr supply but there are enough
differences that makes me a little apprehensive. It has the switchable LV /
ac switch, the cb and a pilot light on the front panel. The socket pin out
is different from the Heath HP.  

Would anyone have schematic or other information on this unit? It came with
a SB101and I haven't compared the pin out on the SB101 end of the cable yet.
