[Heath] Heathkit IO-4560 manual uploaded

[Precision Carburetor]

A scanned copy of the manual for the IO-4560 has been uploaded to
ebaman.com.  It's not my scan but has been cleaned up and multiple pages
have been combined.  I don't know who scanned it but the original file is
dated 7/22/2009.  Below are links to the new files.
