I have polished lots of plastic and found 'Novus 2' and 'Novus 3' to be very
good.

If you need to "polish" plastic that's been scratched, most auto parts
stores have a 3M kit for polishing plastic headlight covers that have
discolored...this is a multi-step, multi-abrasive kit that designed for
polishing plastics, and it leaves a nice, clear finish...it's about $23 at
my otherwise high priced local, rural auto parts store...it requires that
you have an electric drill to rotate the abrasives....
