Paint recommendation.....Walmart has some nice paint in many colors for 50
cents a plastic bottle. The bottle has a flip top with a small hole for the
paint. Easy to mix colors to get what you want. I have used it on rate
toys, radio gear and other things with much success.

Subject: [Heathkit] SB-102 dial question

Hi gang! As I'm disassembling the front panel, i notice that the dial has
the black paint on the backside, really scraped off in several places. Want
to "reblack" it, probably with some water-based hobby paint like they have
at places like Michael's. But...are the numbers and indicator lines painted
WHITE under that original black? Seems so, looking from the front, but not
sure. Anyone know? Fortunately, there aren't any nasty cracks to deal with
for the follower! That's mighty good, HI.
