Nope!  there is a 3rd BFO crystal in the SB-101, 3395.4 kHz for the CW oscillator.  The LSB crystal and the USB crystals are used for their respective sidebands only.

Well, not quite: the LSB heterodyne oscillator crystal is ALSO the CW 
crystal. I.e., the same crystal is used for both LSB and for CW for both 
receive and transmit.
