If you took it to a shipper like a UPS store you wouldn't have to do anything.  They would box it and shop it.  And I would pay for that.

IMHO nice prices.  You might add some mention about the case for the SB-401 as well as whether manuals are provided.  I totally agree with your feelings about shipping, packing, etc.  Ugh. The best in finding a buyer.

SB-401  transmitter (tube type). $100

SB-303  receiver (solid state) with noise blanker (which you can turn on and off) and all the crystal filters. $100

The above two rigs join together with coax cables at the back allowing you to control them on separate frequencies when on the same band, or have them both ‘locked’ and running on the receiver’s frequency.

SB-600 #1  speaker. $0

SB-600 #2  speaker. $0

SB-650  digital frequency display (nice nixie display tubes). $40

SB-610  station monitor scope (shows keying waveforms and SSB modulation). $40

SB-630  station console (clock, phone path, SWR, timer) <-- Yes, the clock works! $40

SA-2060  HF antenna tuner. $125
