Heathkit M-1 "Handitester" VOM

In addition to Handitester, it also says "Heathkit
Precision" on it.  It is a rather traditional VOM.
It measures AC and DC voltage, DC current and resistance.
It has a combination function/range switch for simple
operation.

Specs:
Sensitivity: 1000 ohms-per-volt.
Meter ranges:
AC & DC VOLTMETER: Full scale 10, 30, 300, 1000 and 5000 volts,
DC MILLIAMETER: 0-10 ma, 0-100 ma.
OHMMETER: 0-3,000 ohms (30 ohms center scale), 0-300,000 ohms
           (3,000 ohms center scale).
Meter movement: 400 microampere, 3".
Resistors: 1% precision type.
AC rectifier: Dual half wave.
Accuracy: Meter movement, 2% of full scale.
Controls: Function/range switch, ohms adjust.
Case: Streamlined molded phenolic.
Ohmmeter battery: One standard size "C" flashlight cell.
Shipping Weight: 3 lbs.

It is 1950's vintage.
	
This one works fine and looks fine also.  It even includes
a nice set of probes with coiled cords.  Paper work is
included for $30.

Turner 350 C, Hi Impedance Hand Microphone:

If you use vintage boatanchor rigs, you probably know
what a Turner 350 C microphone is. It is a high impedance
hand microphone that can be used on most any equipment
that requires a Hi Z mic. It has a dark green case.
Heath sold the same mic with their label on it.
It has a PTT switch.

This one has a nice pattern on the scope. The coiled
cord is in good shape. Only $30.

This is the logo with the Heath name and SB-221, that
goes in the upper left of the front panel. It looks perfect.
No scratches or defects. $15

Resistors for high voltage metering:

Do you have a linear amplifier that has an
error in the high voltage reading? Maybe you do
not even know it has an error!

Heath used three 4.7 meg resistors in the SB-220/221
and also in the SB-200/201 amplifiers. Almost all
of these resistors are out of tolerance today, partially
because of their age, but also because their voltage
rating was exceeded.

I was able to obtain a quantity of new resistors that
are 4.7 Meg, 1% tolerance, 2 watt, and are rated to
handle the high voltage. This compares to the original
resistors furnished by Heath that were 4.7 Meg, 5%,
1 watt and about 400 volts.

Note that these can be used in any amp that uses the
4.7 Meg resistors -- not just Heath amps.

Knobs for SB series:
Dark green knobs with aluminum skirt, 1 1/8 inch in diameter.
These are the medium size knobs used in all of the SB series of
transceivers, receivers, transmitters and accessories.
Several available at $4 each.

Heath HD-15 Phone Patch:
This is the unit with the VU meter on the left and 3 knobs that
match the SB series to the middle and right. Low or high Z
output to the transmitter. It can also be used as an interface
to the computer for PSK31, etc.
This one is in extremely good condition. No scratches or
imperfections.
Paper work included for $25.

Heath HD-19 Phone Patch
This is the older style phone patch that was originally designed
for the DX-60 and rigs of that era. It has a large meter in the
middle, with satin knobs on the bottom.
With paper work for $20.
