[Heath] Results Of Tests On DX-60B

 I just did some more testing and here are the answers to some of the
questions raised yesterday.

Measuring the B+     All tubes removed

Voltage measured at the + side of C39 = 700vdc
Voltage measured at the + side of C40 = 348vdc

With radio unplugged and power supply isolated from rest of radio:

Resistance on lead going to the 6146 (V3) Final Amp - 32 ohms

Resistance on lead going to remaining sections - infinity

C19 is not shorted

Would it be advisable to start re-inserting tubes one at a time and see how
that works?  Maybe that would more definitively isolate the problem.  Good
idea or not?
