[Heath] Hw-12

I've received a nice HW-12 I want to get on the air. It powers up but has no receive audio. I've done some tests on tubes, no cracks in traces, etc but to no avail. The odd thing is, that the center positive from the audio transformer to the rca connection on the speaker jack indicates a short. Anyone have a good idea or advise on what it could possibly be? I'm new to the list and this is my first post. Thanks and 73 to all.
