[Heath] SB/HW Series Paddle Reproduction Knobs

Wanted to let the mailing list know of a new reproduction SB/HW series 
paddle knob which my sister and I came up with.  Much stronger than the 
originals and unlikely to break or crack as the originals are so prone 
to doing.  These are 3D printed and look somewhat rough (as 3D printed 
parts often do) from the pictures but are very unobtrusive once installed.
