There are several types of wrenches that can be used on knurled nuts and other nuts holding jacks and potentiometers to a panel.  Attached is a URL with one of the types and I know that there are other sites that offer the same item for various prices.  This was the first one that came up with a "Google" so I didn't look around for any other offerings of this item.

I have one of these and it is VERY handy when it requires loosening, or removal, of these kind of nuts.

Is there a tool for tightening the kurled nut on a 1/8 audio jack?

Looking for one that does the nuts with the 2 cutouts on the top of the nut.
