[Heath] Heathkit TT1 tube tester parts needed.

I'm looking for the calibrate switch and bracket. Also looking for a roll chart and roll chart assembly. I would be willing to buy a carcass if it contains what I need.

I found a mostly built TT1 tube tester at a hamfest. The builder almost finished it but got to the calibrate switch assembly and stopped. Turns out that all the remaining parts are gone.  

I realize this is a long shot.
