Hi... My Marauder is doing something strange...
In CW, everything functions normally... In SSB mode, when I put the transmitter
into PPT/VOX mode from standby, a tone is generated from the transmitter picked
up by my Mohawk... there is no reading on the RF meter as output, but the signal
is there... When I push the mike button, I get modulation when I speak, output
reading on the meter and the speaker/standby mute on the Mohawk kicks in
normally... I have never used the Transmitter yet for SSB, and am perplexed as
to why it is "broadcasting" this tone when I move it out of standby...
Any insight???
