Hi Roy,
First clean the cases with dish soap and a stiff brush. Sand any rough
areas with wet or dry paper. Spray with diluted bleach to get rid of the
brown. Use Benjamin Moore #1565 Base 2 235 2A satin. Thin paint and
spray two coats baking in the oven on warm. This will keep the wrinkle
finish.
Did three today...mutiple orgasims. Good luck and also have other paint
#'s.
PS. Don't leave wet too long as the old paint may start to come off.
