Dear John,
     I have no idea who you are, but when you referred to your "rocket
crystal radio", you sent me back to the late 50's when, also in 4th grade, I
would lay in bed well into the night tuning my rocket crystal radio.  I can
close my eyes now and go back to all that "DXing" on the AM broadcast band at
night.  KOA in Denver.  WBZ in Boston.  And all the other far off places
heard in my room in Michigan.  I would love to find one of those things for
