<DIV> i have a hw-101 that has a sticky dial. when i turn the tuning knob, the dial sometimes sticks. anyone had this problem and can advise a remedy? </DIV>

<DIV> also, the rubber "bands" that turn the plate and load capacitors slide inside the grooved pulley. where can i find replacements or should i use dial cord, or something like that? or has someone found a way to attach the rubber to the pulley so it does not slide?</DIV>

<DIV> this is my first total restoration project. the rig is not in bad shape. receives, but no transmit. i'll save that one for another post.</DIV>
