    Cosmetic condition is excellent. Functionally it works, though I

    tested it thoroughly (I applied a 1V/1KHz signal and verified

    operation <br>

    on the 1V and 10V scales). There are no test leads. I will include a

    pdf <br>

    of the manual of the IM-38 (same VTVM in a different color scheme) <br>

    on a CD (paid $18 for it). <br>
