Gents:<br><br>I am investigating the purchase of a good transistor tester or analyzer.<br> I don't think I need a curve-tracer, but simply one which will test and <br>adequately match transistors up through the TO-220 sized RF power <br>types.<br><br>Can anyone here recommend such, or point me towards details of one I <br>could build?<br><br>I really don't have room for one of those Tektronix 545-sized curve<br>tracers.<br><br>Kenneth G.
