After Zenith bought Heath, Hewlett-Packard did not want any equipment bearing an HP- nomenclature being produced by Heath. Whether or not Hewlett-Packard could win a lawsuit is open for discussion. They didn't like Heath/Zenith using "HP" once they got into the computer business.</span></div>
