<DIV>Hi Emil</DIV>

<DIV>Thanks for your comments. I have used the Revell Acrylic glue to repair the
SB-Line dials and as you say, it is thin enough to wick into the small cracks. I
sometimes leave a small pool in the centre section but that can take two or
three days to fully harden.</DIV>

<DIV>Hi Sandy</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>These couplers are usually over-tightened and they are not flexible so
the strains on them over the years will cause fractures. If you can get any
acrylic pr Perspex rod of the correct outer diameter and know someone with a
small model makers lathe they are very easy to make. A small metal bush
tightly fitted over each end with a clearance hole for the grub screw would
significantly improve the strength.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>You may be able to repair your broken one if you can get any acrylic
glue. That is easily available in the UK made by Revell but following
an enquiry of mine, the manufacturer's US distributor
confirmed that they do not import it into the States and our post office
will not accept it in the post. Anyone visiting the UK may be able to take a
25g tube back with them in their hold luggage?</DIV>
