<DIV>I would like to clarify the relationship between peak and peak to peak/RMS
so no one miscalibrates something based on the relationship which was
recently posted with a slight error. Peak = 1.414 times RMS and Peak to peak =
2.828 times RMS for a sine wave where 1.414 represents the square root of 2. The
constant of pi is not involved in this relationship. The numbers are derived
from a calculus integral of the wave form. The constant in the relationship will
vary for wave forms other than a sine wave.</DIV>
