The pot on my SB610 does have a small amount of sideways as well as back and forward play in the rotatable shaft so there should be room for the oil to wick into the gap.</div><div> </div><div>If you can get the control out of the 610 then try suspending the shaft end in penetrating oil or soak a piece of tissue in the oil and wrap it around the control shaft and leave for a while. Give it a twist now and then and it should eventually clear.</div><div> </div><div>The problem will be more difficult if the blockage is caused by corrosion instead of old dried grease.</div><div> </div><div><span style="font-family: Arial;
