Any suggestions as what may be causing this condition.</div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1456192607019_2456" dir="ltr"><br></div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1456192607019_2455" dir="ltr">You can speak to me in technical terms if you want as I am a retired electronics tech.
