<DIV>Doug..If after visually inspecting the wiring and components of the HV circuit you don't find the problem, start removing individual components while checking the resistance of that HV bus to ground...When you remove a component and the short disappears, you've found it! Start with C-19 and R-15, R-25 etc etc...or an error on a terminal strip... </DIV>
