First of all

I've been looking for info on this topic, and this is fantastic! :)

My name is Charles Wyble and I'm the CTO for socalwifi.net

There is plenty of information on VOIP and IP service delivery out 
there, but not a lot on IPTV.

I've been playing with some open source IPTV platforms lately and trying 
to wrap my head around how to build a carrier grade IPTV platform.
