Perhaps you're misunderstanding the application -- we're not looking to do
VOD, but live streaming of our EPG.  The CarbonCoder looks to be an offline
encoding application.

I would rather use CarbonCoder (Rohzet, Harmonic Inc.) for that purpose,
with ability to create SD and HD feed at the same time.
