Could be a bad NIC in the PC- Try installing a different NIC and see if
that solves it.

Subject: [iptv-users] Sleep mode

Heard about this a couple of weeks ago and now we have had some
experience with it ourselves.

Had a customer complaining about their picture pixelizing (sp). Turns
out that they have a HP pc that when it goes into the sleep mode it will
cause the STB to pixelize. When the PC is turned off or unplugged this
does not happen. The switch we are using is a Level One FSW-811 10/100.
It also happened with a different brand switch.

We are going to try a gigabit switch to see if this helps any. Any
other ideas on what could be causing this ?
