We use Netgear FS105 when a customer uses several boxes(most fiber
CPEs we use deliver through only have one dedicated TV port). The
FS105 dont have IGMP snooping so all the ports will be flooded but we
havent had any problem with that, even with 4 STBs watching HD
channels @ 22Mbit each.

But I have seen STBs not handling that kind of traffic flood. It
probably expected to get only one multicast group and had some filthy
IP stack that tries to handle all multicast on the port.
