Hello,

We're pleased to announce that OBE-RT 0.1 Beta has been released. This is the first release designed for long-term testing in a lab or production IPTV network.
This release has been tested on SD and HD streams on a production IPTV network.

The changes from 0.1 alpha:

	* VANC support added (includes CEA-708 captions and AFD)
	* 3DTV frame packing
	* WSS to AFD conversion
	* Line blanking (Line 21 for NTSC and Line 23 for PAL)
	* Colourspace conversion speed improvements
	* Improvements to UDP/RTP output to reduce jitter
	* Support for 10-bit 4:2:0 AVC encoding (4:2:2 coming soon)
	* Various bug fixes and other features
