Hello,

We've released Open Broadcast Encoder VoD 0.1 Beta. You can download it here:
http://code.google.com/p/open-broadcast-encoder/

It creates compliant AVC streams with AC-3 and MP2 audio. AAC is in development. It has been tested on various analyzers and a Motorola VIP19xx STB. It is in use at at least one IPTV provider (more to come about that soon). It supports DVB and CableLabs stream creation along with recent Stereoscopic 3D extensions.
