<span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: collapse; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; ">Hello every one,<div><br></div><div>I am student and I just started for a project in telecom company, the first step is to do an IPTV model End to End ( from servers to a client). which means Decoders from our own antennas decode them to MPEG-2 or 4 send them to the IP Networks and take them in the Client Side. The thing is to use Open Source Programs. and see which cards do i need .</div>
