[Irtf-rr] Minutes for meeting on 4 aug

hi,

I have posted a draft the minutes which were taken by Kevin Fall and 
edited/formatted by me at 
psg/com/~avri/ietf/IETF60/minutes-rrg-ietf60.html.  If you were there 
please review for correctness. (BTW: I know they still need some 
formatting work, but as opposed to waiting until they were pretty ...)

I am not sure that the minutes will be posted as part of proceeding.  
In any case I will keep them posted in this directory.

BTW, if someone in the meeting was acting as a Jabber scribe, please 
let me know.
