The connection between the CE and PE does not have any special qualifiers
for BGP multipath.

Remember if you want load sharing per-packet you need to configure this as
and export policy to the forwarding table.  The default is per-destination
load balancing.

For the per-packet load balancing the maximum no of paths is 8 and for
per-destination is 16. The maximum no of paths is not configurable.
