JUNOS doesn't send an MRU. According to the PPP RFC if a host doesn't
receive an MRU from their peer they should fall back to the minimum MTU for
the link, IOS doesn't which is why you'll be able to 'negotiate' 4470 across
POS. I've heard this is going to be fixed in a future JUNOS release.
