[j-nsp] Username - config change

Hi,

Can I somehow grab the username from the router (or from the config) who
last changed the configuration?
Somthing like in cisco routers running-config:
! Last configuration change at 13:03:31 MET Mon Feb 3 2003 by tom
! NVRAM config last updated at 10:09:29 MET Fri Jan 31 2003 by james
