[j-nsp] Dos attack source address mask /16

Hi  All , 

Does someone know if it's possible and how to set a filter to block a dos
attack from differents source address  with all prefix lenght /16 like
adresses below

    57.155.0.0  
    62.183.0.0   
    1.239.0.0  
    89.212.0.0
