Running JunOS 5.6R2.4:

charnock at juniper-rtr# set forwarding-options sampling output cflowd
<a.b.c.d> ?
Possible completions:
  <[Enter]>            Execute this command
> aggregation          Aggregations to perform for exported flows (version 8
only)
+ apply-groups         Groups from which to inherit configuration data
  autonomous-system-type  Type of autonomous system number to export
