There was a good article on MLPPP and MLFR on the Juniper website which
I can not find right now. It talks about how packets are handled when
sent and received using the ML PIC. It will give you a good
understanding on how it works. I will send it to you on a separate
email. In short what Amr said is correct.

Hi,
I have a question about Multilink Frame Relay configuration and load
balancing feature. I know that Juniper routers balance traffic per flow
even then I apply an export policy with per-packet directive. If I
configure Multi Link FR, what kind of balancing I can obtain?
