[j-nsp] JUNOS 6.0R1.3 traffic statistic is not accurate?

Latest is 6.0R2.3? or is there a newer one? I am seeing same results on
R1.5 and have held off on upgrade to 6.0R2.3 to confirm. Im using this on
M20's
