would it be possible to have your reseller open a support ticket on this ? 

It would be helpful to have them provide following details:

- monitor start messages
- monitor start chassisd
- show chassis hardware extensive
- monitor stop

also, it would be good to include the output of 'show log messages' and
'show log chassisd' covering the bootup of the router.
