o TE to a specific RR next hop
o RR client doesn't share IGP (or other) routes with RRs IBGP
peers, etc..
o I'm sure there are others.
I still think as a matter of default behavior Juniper shouldn't
rewrite the NEXT_HOP on reflected routes.
