:-) a mix of 1&2...
Control your pool of addresses advertised _out_ of your domain thus
influencing traffic going _out_ of your domain.
somehow constrain a particular pool of addresses i own to always take one
ISP (im multihomed) for outgoing traffic to the internet without in anyway
disturbing the other pools i own.(let them take the best path)
the answers i recvd relate to the intended question..
Thanks & Regards,
Devendra Vyas

Hi Devendra,
Can you clarify what you want to achieve? Which of the two following are
you asking?:
1. Control your pool of addresses advertised _out_ of your domain, thus
influencing traffic coming _in_ to your domain.
or,
2. Influence a pool of addresses coming _in_ to your domain, thus
influencing traffic going _out_ of your domain.
I believe you were asking question number 1, but the answers you received
answer question number 2. Can you clarify?
Cheers,
Steve

want a particular pool to always exit (outgoing) to the internet via a
particular link.
how can i tweak bgp (wrt juniper)for solving this.
Thanks & Regards,
Devendra Vyas
