[j-nsp] Archival help in 5.1R1.4

I have 3 Juniper routers, 2 of them have newer versions of code which have
this neat command to save the config to an ftp site when I do a commit,
works great.

    archival {
        configuration {
            transfer-on-commit;
            archive-sites {
                "ftp://myftpsite@mydomain.net";
            }       
        }
    }

The other juniper M5 has version 5.1R1.4 and does not have this command.  Is
there a way in this code to accomplish the same thing?
