[j-nsp] NAT and VRF

 Hi, I'm trying to understand the config example on how to do VRF and NAT.

The policy for the vrf actually supposed to rejects everything and there's 
a static route pointing to the inet.0.. how can you actually communicate 
between two PEs with the same vrf if there are not route exchange? or 
what's exactly accomplished with this config? this doesnt look exactly 
like the regular VPNs.. thanks
