[j-nsp] Path Selection

Hello,

This is probably a strange need, but I'm currently overwriting metric  
for part of my path selection needs, but I'm now connecting to the same  
transit in multiple locations, and I want to respect the value of what  
they set the metric to AFTER my value of metric (as I am using metric  
as part of my selection method to decide which transit to use in the  
first place).  Is there any way to make the MED received from bgp save  
to metric2?  Or, is there something else that is processed after path  
length but before metric where I should be putting the value I'm  
currently putting in metric instead?

I'm reading  
http://www.juniper.net/techpubs/software/junos/junos62/swconfig62- 
routing/html/protocols-overview4.html and it doesnt seem to be clear on  
the order in which color is processed, so perhaps that does what I  
need.
