You receive 4.0.0.0/8 from 3 transit providers homed on one router. How, 
other than through the cli on the router itself, do you see all 3 possible 
paths in an external route analysis.

You could ask those transit providers to set up multihop sessions to your 
route collector, but don't hold your breath waiting for them to do it.
